  2. I LOVE Christie's (Ambroisia Farms' eggs, Tiensvold Farms'buffalo and pork, Big Willy's tomatoes (where are they? PLEASE bring them back!), and the flours I have bough from RJ Klie Organics. All amazing.

The great and worst thing about the Coop is that every producer gets to decide for themselves if the Coop is a good fit for their business plan and future growth. But!! Check out the May 27th blog post (Item #2)...we do have a potential new producer that might fill the void left by Big Willy's!

    1. Aren't they delicious? Such a huge difference from commercial eggs. Don't forget to give duck eggs a try if you haven't already. They are delicious, with huge yolks that really give a rich flavor to all baked goods. (Also see previous blog post about egg terminology!)
